- Resistant to high temperatures up to 180°C. Excellent fire resistance; does not burn from a cigarette.
- High resistance to moisture, water, rain, and steam.
- Sun exposure resistance with UV protection. (Use of dark colors in direct sunlight is not recommended as it may cause surface alterations.)
- Scratch-resistant against cookware, knives, and forks.
- Antistatic and easy to clean due to its smooth surface.

Caution:
- The table support base should ideally cover 70% of the tabletop area.
- Before assembling the tabletop with the legs, check the screw sizes to avoid surface damage.
- Finished tables should not be stored outdoors with the surface facing down. Exposure to rain or sun in this position may warp the surface.
